1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Club PK website at clubpk.vu, registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the Club PK platform, including registered members and visitors who browse the site without an account. Using the platform in any capacity — including simply viewing pages — constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Club PK reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to register an account and use Club PK's real-money gaming and betting services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Club PK is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the account holder acting on your own behalf. Registering or managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements. Club PK may request verification of age or identity at any point. If verification is not provided within a reasonable period, the account may be restricted or closed pending review.

3Account Registration

Each person may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, a valid email address, and any other details requested during registration. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential. Club PK will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of you sharing or inadequately protecting your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact Club PK support immediately.

Club PK may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any later point. This may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership. Real-money withdrawals may be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Club PK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Funding your Club PK account using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted. Club PK reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. Most mobile wallet withdrawals — including JazzCash and Easypaisa — are processed faster than bank transfers. Processing times are indicative and may be affected by third-party processing systems outside of Club PK's control.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Club PK does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if identity verification has not been completed, if a withdrawal request is made during a promotional period with active wagering requirements, or if there is a suspected issue with the account.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes cannot be transferred to other Club PK accounts.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Club PK offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers for new accounts and ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates.

The following general conditions apply to all Club PK bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be played through before a withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports bets may contribute at different rates — the specific contribution percentage is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Club PK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Bonus offers are made available at Club PK's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6Game Rules and Fairness

Club PK offers a range of game categories including Slots, Casino table games, Live Casino with real dealers, and Bingo. Each game category operates under its own rules which are made available within the game interface or on the relevant section pages.

Standard online casino games (slots, RNG table games) use certified random number generator software to determine outcomes. Live Casino games use real dealers, physical cards and equipment at a broadcast studio — outcomes are determined by actual physical game play, not software. Club PK does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — such as a disconnection, software error or studio feed interruption during a live game — the round affected may be voided and any bets placed on that round refunded to your account balance. Club PK will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.

• Game results are final once a round is settled. Disputes about settled results must be raised within 7 days.
• Players must be familiar with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• Club PK reserves the right to void bets placed in error or placed under circumstances where a clear technical error affected the displayed odds or game state.

7Sports Betting

The Club PK sports betting section offers markets on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international T20 matches and bilateral series — alongside football and esports. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are available subject to event status and scheduling.

The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on Club PK:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds are those shown on your bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time of placement. Club PK reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be treated according to the settlement rules applicable to that sport. For cricket, a match must reach a minimum number of overs to be settled as a full result; otherwise bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious errors in odds — such as prices that are clearly incorrect due to a data or display fault — may be voided by Club PK regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Arbitrage betting and the systematic exploitation of bonus offers in conjunction with sports betting is prohibited and may result in account restriction.

8Responsible Gaming

Club PK is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming and betting are forms of entertainment — they should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. All players are encouraged to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.

Club PK offers the following responsible gaming tools to account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Club PK. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account during an active exclusion period.
• Abusing the promotions system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Using VPNs or other tools to mask your location or identity for the purpose of bypassing account restrictions.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Club PK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been breached.
• The account holder has provided false information.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been detected.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a deposit.
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be voided. Real deposited funds that were not obtained through prohibited means will be returned to you after investigation, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting Club PK support. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Your real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following identity verification.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Club PK website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software and structural layout — is the property of Club PK or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, publish or otherwise use any part of the Club PK website or its content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. 12Limitation of Liability

Club PK provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Club PK will not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings, profits or revenue resulting from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Loss of data arising from technical failures or disruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional details that contained errors.
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits Club PK's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Privacy
